If pocket bikes aren't street legal where can you ride them?

If I ride it in a gated community can a cop pull me over and give me a ticket or confiscate my bike? I live in Florida by the way, in Collier county if that helps. I just want to make sure so I don't get shot at and tasered to death.

Could not have said it better myself Russian CBR-if you are caught on ANY street that the public uses, your toy can be confescated, and you can be arrested and fined.

Your driveway is legal, your friends driveway is legal. A private lot or yard is legal with the owners permission. city owned playgrounds, school yards and such however are not legal.

These things are toys and are not legal for any street period.

you can ride it on PRIVATE property. i.e. private parking lot, private yard, private track.
