If people who blow up airliners should be jailed,why aren't the USS Vincennes

crew or Orlando Bosch in jail? They both blew up airliners, killing hundreds of innocent civilians. Yet the Vincennes crew got medals, and Bosch is walking around a free man. Is this yet another case of "do as we say, not as we do" from the USA?

stinky joe; Iran Air 655 was in a designated air corridor, climbing away from the Vincennes, and transmitting a "commair" response to the ship's friend-or-foe traffic ID signal. All the other US ships in the area had ID'd the plane as civilian except the cretins aboard the Vincennes. Make excuses for your murderous military all you like but they are just as guilty as the Lockerbie bomber (whoever it was).

Mike; even if what you say about the Vincennes is true, what about Bosch? He placed a bomb on the Cubana flight. Is he not a mass murderer then, because it was only Cubans he killed?

What you are referring to was a tragic accident, it was not deliberate.

That is in contrast to the lockerbie bombing where the bomb was put on the plane with the specific intention of bringing that plane down.

There is a huge difference between an accident and a deliberate act.

The iranian airliner did not follow protocol and was basically F'ing with the USN.

The iranian government KNEW the liner had no IFF and sent them over the Vincennes.

The Vincennes was tricked by Soviet masking technology given to the Iranians to embarrass the USA.

Iran has no problem with wiping out every last man, woman and child in their country as long as, in the process, they destroy Israel and thoroughly discredit the USA.

Do you honestly think they would mind disguising an airliner as an F-14 and tricking an automated defense system into shooting it down?

Besides that, the bodies they found had been dead for days before the plane was shot down. Some had even been prepared for burial already.

Of course you don't care about the truth, you only want to spread your propaganda, because you are either paid to or deceived by similar disinformation campaigns.
 
You obviously haven't read the true story of what happened for the U.S.S. Vincennes. There is a lot of heated debate about whether is was a set up by the government of IRAN, or an error on the part of the ships technology. This wasn't terrorist attack. Huge difference between a terrorist attack and an obvious error.
