If people at school told guidance or any teachers that I cut myself, can I get in

trouble? Im 16 and Im in highschool and I cut myself.
Some of my friends know.
If word were to get out and guidance or a teacher or maybe the principal found out, can I get kicked out of school or get suspended or something like that?
