If people adapt to their environments, will whites become Indians?

Ok, since everyone originated from Ethiopia, and groups of people changed as they migrated to different places and adapted to the climate etc, will white people one day become red like the red man? I think I've seen it happen, already. In California a lot of whites are brown like Mexicans, and Mexicans are Red like Indians. but in Oklahoma they're just whites look like whites, and Mexicans look like Mexicans.
I get the genetic thing, but all people originated dark in Ethiopia, so maybe through natural selection, and 10,000 years, people in America will be Red again.

dude...thats about genetics, our environment will never alter our skin color because of the modern gene pool being as diverse as it is.

NO. There is such thing as genetics. And for people in cooler climates where there is snow that would mean that they are better white.
Dark looking white people most likely are just tanned...

exactly.. if you make white people live in africa without air cooler.. they turn black... it is the heat and skin produces lot of melanin... this is the reason why people living in the hot regions are all black or brown..imagine they ahve lived in those hot regions for ages together.. so they have evolved like that..
