Is that a precedence that you want the Justice Department to set?


Charges were not dropped against Samir Shabazz, the Black Panther member with the night stick.
Charges were dropped against the National Black Panther Party and the chairman of the party because out 300 poll watchers Samir Shabazz was the only one that acted inappropriately.

"The Justice Department was successful in obtaining an injunction that prohibits the defendant who brandished a weapon outside a Philadelphia polling place from doing so again"~Fox News (you have to read pass the head lines)

The Justice Dept. under the Bush administration only filed for an injunction. They did not file criminal charges.
