...appointment what happens? I have sole custody of my 2 year old with no visitation to his dad due to a restraining order. At my default hearing my ex showed up and claimed my restraining order is bs and everything I am saying is a lie and that he does not agree with the custody arrangement and that the other judge would not listen to him. This judge granted him a continuance for the default and ordered us to go to mediation for possible visitation. My ex never showed up to the mediation. What happens now? I know we still have out new default hearing in a couple weeks, but as far as mediation and visitation what happens since he never showed up? How does that look on his part since this judge gave him this chance?
If one parent does not show up to a court ordered child visitation meditation...
