I am fluent in Spanish and French, can read basic Italian and am learning Portuguese. I am thinking of dumping FOX News and much of the American mainstream and reading newspapers/watching news/listening to radio from Francophone nations as well as Spanish-speaking nations as that gives me more variety, for example, getting news from Argentina and Spain in Spanish or news from France and Canada in French. What do you think?
Yes, I do live in a free country as do the citizens of Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UK, Ireland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Malta, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Belgium, Denmark and several others. Surely you're not so uneducated as to believe that we're the only country with freedom of the press? Not all nations are like North Korea or Cuba.
