...say? I'm sure he's just as sick and tired as I am when it comes to sex as teenagers. Everyday, more people are diagnosed with HIV because they are so stupid for not putting a condom on there. They should know better..they learned this in middle school.

I'm 27 and I didn't start having sex until the day before I turned 25.

Sex is also the reason why you teenagers don't get good education and drop out of high school.
 
You've got the wrong party. Republicans think that abstinence is an effective policy, all evidence to the contrary.
