If Obama believes that health care, unemployment and education are some of the most important issues facing our nation, why has Obama done absolutely nothing to help the people of Appalachia who have the worst health care in our nation , the worst educational system in our nation and one of the highest unemployment problems in our nation ?
 
It is their state and local government`s fault for having bad schools and it is capitalism fault for not serving the people with enough jobs.
 
because he's working on fixing the entire country and not just one region at a time.
