until the dispute is solved? My lease started on the 2nd of the month, and I moved in the 10th. The apartment was a mess, dirty bathroom, broken closet doors. It was fixed in two days later, but they could only do a limited clean because my stuff was already in there at that point. I tried to dispute this and cannot get a resolution with my landlord. Can I withhold rent? Or, is there another legal step I can take?
