I don't know.But I doubt it. Also your question is poorly punctuated so I hope you can raise your game because your question was confusing and repeated itself. Still if your good enough and write a good enough book I'd like to think you can get it published. Concentrate on your books first and not your grandfather unless he is still wildly popular

You first have to find an agent who is interested in representing you and presenting your story to a publisher. In today's day and age it's not as easy as your grandfather had it. It has to be something the public is actually into right now. Hence: Harry Potter, Twilight, etc...

The best thing for you to do is get a copy of Writer's Market for the current year and look up an agent who represents your genre. Your only other alternative is to self-publish or vanity press. The latter I would stand clear of by the way.

sure... why not? anything is possible. people sell books all of the time. advertise advertise advertise. and round up the masses of people who want to read your book. the publisher just publishes it... you help sell it.
