court, what will happen to him? Ok, so my daughter's father claims he wants to see her & he misses her a lot, but because of his "parents", since he lives with them, he can't have her on certain days. For the past couple months, every week it's always different, different days & different times, that he wants her. Im finally getting tired of it. I've even cancelled plans with my daughter, just so he could have her, because he always tells me last minute when he wants her. It's been a little over a week since he last had her & he asks last minute, but I refused to give up my plans, cause he wants her on the days we're doing things. He only wants her when its convenient for him. Anyways, I told him if he could work something out with his parents & if she could go there every other week, Friday-Monday. However, his parents don't want her over there on sundays or mondays, cause that's their "family days", but I figured, since he helped them with his 5 yr old sister, for the first 4 yrs of her life, that they could help him every other weekend with his daughter, but they said no. I don't mind her staying with me, I have no problem with that, but I feel bad for her. She needs a relationship with him & his parents are standing in his way. Since they can't agree on that, I wanted to take him to court & have them set a visitation schedule that his parents will have no say in. It's sad that it's the only way I can get him to have her, but I think I wanna do it. The only problem is, I don't think they'll stick to it, even if it's court ordered. So my question is, if they don't get her on the days the court orders, what will happen to them or him? Will there be consiquences? Cause if not, im not gonna waste my time & money going to court. Btw, we live in Nevada & we're both 19, if that matters.
