if my chapter 13 bankruptcy is dismissed, how long before the garnishments resume?

I filed bankruptcy, chapter 13 to have a couple garnishments stopped on my paycheck. We filed ourselves, but before the actual hearing we were unable to make the scheduled payment and the bankruptcy will likely be discharged as we were unable to make the court hearing as well due to financial problems. My question is; how long does it take for the bankruptcy to be dismissed, for the creditors to be notified, and how long after the date of the bankruptcy being dismissed can creditors resume garnishing my wages?
I have already filed bankruptcy, so the 3rd and fourth link of the provided url does not apply to me. I need to know what to do now that i have missed my payment and my hearing.
I need to know how long I have before the garnishments resume. They were stopped once by me filing.

If I do not get them stopped ill lose my home.

please only reply if you are knowledgeable of my dilema. Thank you.
I filed jointly with my wife this time. She was unable to file chapter 7 this time because she has already filed chapter 7 and we are not eligible for another 2 years.
Approximately 6 Weeks (45 days) After Your Case is Filed

The court will hold the Meeting of Your Creditors about six weeks after your bankruptcy case is filed.
The court-appointed trustee will preside over this meeting. At the meeting, which you are required to attend. I was unable to attend and have not made a payment. It will likely be dismissed.
What now?
