My boyfriend just received the Army 4 yr ROTC scholarship for University of Tennessee. He didn't think he got the scholarship because it took so long and he only applied to UVA at Wise. He is accepted there and already got financial aid..what should he do? He doesn't want to go to UT next year. Can he use the scholarship at UVA wise..which is a smaller much cheaper school?
