...in this case "smoking age"? If marijuana was legalized in the united states what do you think would be the "drinking age" or in this case "smoking age" ? just out of curiosity......... i also ponder sometimes about M.I.P's (minors in procession). In the united states you get an MIP if you are under 18 and are caught by an officer while under the influence of marijuana. How do they determine this if there is no "smoking age", an officer can't call you a minor to a substance that's not legal and has no age restriction.
