would....? If Lindsay Lohan slipped off of the top of the Chrysler building and her dress blew off would she reach terminal velocity slower if she decided to wear frilly lacey full bikini underpants instead of going commando, or just wearing a thong?

If so what would the estimated difference in speed, between the frilly underpants and commando? (please give answer in feet per thousandths of a second.)
