If Lance Armstrong is in fact doping is he the best doper in the history of doping?

Entire books have been written arguing it's a certainty and yet even with an absurd amount of scrutiny it has not been definitively proved yet. How possible is that if he is in fact doping?

It's possible that he used drugs in the past and was never caught. We will probably never know.

If he were a doper, the French would have nailed him long ago. He's came up clean 100% of the time. The story in that French newspaper was bullcookies. They even gave him a hair test at the start of this years tour.
Lance is a one in a million man. His heart is something like 1/3 larger than normal. And his lungs are well above average as well.
