history of Christianity? Now before i get blasted by a million people for trying to start a race war, I would just like to say that this is a perfectly legit question. Many Christians love to argue that Jesus' race doesn't matter, but do you really believe that? Given the fact that Christianity took off in so many different cultures (Particular western European) do you honestly think that adherents would be just as comfortable bowing before a black messiah as they did with their perception of a white one?

What about you? As a Christian, how would you feel if evidence emerged that suggested jesus was indeed a black man? Would you feel just as comfortable in church with portraits of a black Jesus like you are with a white one?

I know this might seem controversial at first, but upon further thought, it's a really interesting question.

So with that said, Have at it.
