only if it is open for 24-7 but unless you continued to eat i dont think they would let you stay or they would charge you a sitting fee. and you had better tip the waitress who had to help you real well. because you took up one of her tables and she had to get you refills for a few days.

OMG That is sooo funny! I never thought about it. I suppose if you are somewhere like Reno or Vegas that is open 24/7 why not? If you give it a try let me know how it goes!

They have the right to kick you out.

A case was already tried in a court of a customer who was a huge man and ate a fortune, after several trips, different days.

There is such a thing as "reasonableness".

Most all you can eat places have a time limit... 2 or 3 hours, tops
