If iphone 3g 3.1.3 is unlocked and then jailbroken will it lock again?

I have an unlocked iphone 3g version 3.1.3 and i want to jailbreak it but i dont know if when i do it will lock the iphone again, also im using the iphone on t-mobile NOT at&t
