am I getting charged even if I'm no? I don't answer any calls and I'm not sending any text messages. Would I be getting charged for just having it on and just receiving text messages while I'm in Windsor?
If i'm with T-Mobile and I go to canada and the network changes to Rogers, am I getting charged even if I'm not talking, just receiving, but not sending text messages?****
 
You will be roaming and you will get charged for any calls that come in and go to your voice mail when you don't answer them. The best thing is to shut the phone off and not use it.
