If I'm switching from AT&T and going to another carrier should I pick T-Mobile or...

...Sprint? I have an iPhone now but I'm within the first thirty days so I can return it with no contract cancellation fees. I'm leaving AT&T because I've had multiple data failures, dropped calls and at one point I had eleven dropped calls in a row. No lie I actually looked up on my phone how many times the call dropped. And overall I don't think that it's fair to me or anybody to pay $100 a month for a bunch of head aches. So, I want a carrier with value and I know T-Mobile and Sprint have the most value while AT&T and Verizon are very expensive for what you get. So should I get T-Mobile or Sprint if I want
1) Value
2( Reliability
3) Coverage
4) Flexible Customer Service
5) Decent pricing on monthly plans
