if im sending a cell phone to pakistan what things should i look at??

hey guys....

im buying my cousin a lil gift .... he said he wants a cell phone ( m goin from $60 to 200$) ............what kinddddd of cell phone should i buy for him that he will be able to use in pakistan ????????????? u knw.... since they have sim cards and stuff?????????? and whats this lockk code stuff about???????????????????

please help me out...any answers are appreciated.....and if u wanna advice me about how to send it or things i shud look for............then please...go ahead...any info wil be appreciated :)

Send HTC desire you can buy used unlocked for very good price now a days. It can be unlocked easily if needed.
