If i am riding a bicycle, and i damage a car, since i do not have to carry insurance, who pays for it. Keep in mind, that i guess he could try to sue, but I keep no bank account, i keep only cash and i work under the table so he cannot garnish my wages. I own no house, and both of our cars are in my girlfriend's name so he cant touch them.
