...should i keep reading it? I'm really a book worm.
I mean, I really want to like the book, Wuthering Heights, but i'm not liking it one bit.
I watched the 1939 movie of it and I loved that... just not the book.

Everytime I think about the book, I dread getting the time to read it because it's just not good to me.
Should I still read it or move on and get a book i won't dread reading?
I'm only like 60 pages into it, by the way.

To me, if you're hating a book, don't continue it.

Every time I've forced myself to finish a book I detest, I've found that I've forgotten everything in it almost immediately.

The book IS quite different from the film, so it sounds like you enjoyed one and not the other.

Try the book again in a few years and see if you've changed your mind.

If you still hate it after 60 pages, don't bother. There is no point in reading a book you hate.
