...car maker? if the maximun speed limit in the u.s.a. is 75 mph on a high way, and a car can travel at twice that speed, is the car company responsable for making a car that far exceeds the maximum speed limit?
Knowing that the car will be unsafe and unstable, regardless of who is driving in. Of corse the driver has part to blame, but is making a car that is illegal to drive anywhere in the u.s. at above the highest permisible speed limit unlawfull?
