If i'm immigrating to Canda, what's the cost of college tuition going to be like?

So my parents want to move to canada after my senior year of highschool, which'll be next year. And we're applying for permanent residency, so after 3 years I'll be able to get citizenship. And I've heard that you don't have to pay international fees if you're on immigration for college tuition, is that true? And if I don't, around how much is it going to cost...will it be really expensive and will I be able to get scholarships and financial aid?

Also, will they require my SAT scores?
