if i'd do sit ups with a gym ball then will that help me lose my belly?

i'll aim to do a set of 10 and altogether do at least 70 a day minimum, hopefully i can do moer than dat but i will have maybe 30 seconds or a 1minute break in between each set!

will i start lose my belly and man boobs?
im doinng weights and cardio as well!
