Why can't people at these town halls act civilly? The health care plan isn't perfect - it will probably be very expensive, but instead of making legitimate criticisms that could advance the issue, they're screaming at the top of their lungs and drowning out debate, damaging their own party's credibility in the process. What is the point of these tactics?
