If i were to get just the hood painted for my car, is Maaco a good idea?

I just bought a car real cheap and don't plan on spending a lot of money, the hood needs painting and I was wondering if Maaco would be a good solution.
 
maaco isnt bad for someone who doesnt want to spend money and doesnt expect quality work, if money is a problem id rather look for a new hood that doesnt match then have maaco make money doing a poor repair on my car
 
If it is damaged get one form the salvage yard and go to a auto part store match the paint in a spray can and paint the hood. maaco cracks and peals
