x19 better then x18?

if i got a x18/x19 pocket bike what would the maintenance be like just changing oil and cleaning it what else would i be looking for when i get it what would i need to keep up? please help me with this issue because Ive herd there not worth the money and give me an answer if the x19 pocket bike is worth 738$with shipping and 60day warranty included
