If I were to buy a Pontiac Sky would I be able to buy a seperate navigation system...

...& install it in the dash? I want to get a used Pontiac Sky but there are no navigation systems in them. I know that with certain cars you can buy a seperate nav. system and have it installed in the dash where the radio is. Would I be able to do that with this specific car? And if so are there any recommendations on navigation systems? Please let me know.
