If I wear a sports bra whilst exercising, will I lose my boobs?

I'm thinking of buying quite a tight fitting one, i'll be using a cross trainer btw. My boobs are the first place that lose weight and they're not big at all now!
Any other tips on how I can stop them disappearing?

I've kind of wrote this wrong.. i'm buying the bra to PREVENT my boobs dissapearing? :)
