find inadmissible in court? I accidentally turned onto a one way street heading in the wrong direction. The officer took my licence and registration. He then returned and arrested me for driving under a suspended licence. He searched my car and found my prescription in the wrong bottle. I tried to tell him my licence had been reinstated and showed him paperwork from two weeks prior which stated my licence was reinstated. A couple of hours later the officer took me out of my cell and told me now his computer said i was not suspended, rather it was my cdl licence that was under suspension. The officer then stated it didnt matter because he could have still arrested me for turning onto the one way. Is this a wrongfull arrest and search?
