IF I was to leave the US and fly to Manila, Philip..what all documents do I need..and how long can I stay?

I will be flying to PERTH Australia in October....but am thinking now of just flying to Manila, Phil.....what all do I have to prepare for to make that trip...??.... and How long am I legally allowed to day..???
