I am having to resort to drastic measures for my weight-loss.
So. Please do not lecture me, as I will do it anyway.
I am considering just eating an apple a day (An apple being on average 80 calories)
and slice it up into pieces; having the bigger amount of slices in the morning. And
eat a couple of these slices for my other meals (knowing that just one thing in morning will just be stored as fat and will slow down metabolism).
How much weight will I lose?
I am 5.1'' and 145lbs. Please comment!!
