still buy a gun legally? If I was charged with a felony charge but the judge withheld adjudication am i able to still buy a gun legally. Because of the witheld adjudication i was never convicted of a felony

If you buy a gun from a licensed FFL holder you will have to fill out a form and get a NICS background check. If you are on record as a felon they will not allow the transfer to proceed. If you are not on their felon list they will allow the transfer to proceed.

It is illegal under Federal Statute Title 18 United States Code, section 922 if charged with a felony. While under deferred Adjudication, one is considered to be under indictment for a felony charge.
