If i was arrested, can i enlist in the army?

I was arrested for a dwi when i was 21
I was arrested because i didnt pay a parking ticket
I was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident, but didnt get criminal charges for it, just ordinances from the town.

So i have some arrest, but no criminal charges.

Can i still get in the army
