with camera), is that "unlocked"? The basic idea is that I want an itouch with the GPS and video/still camera features too. I don't want any cell plan. I understand that all the internet stuff would only be available via WiFi -- fine because I have that at home, work and more or less everywhere else I go. My question, really, is: when I'm looking to buy one, on ebay for example, is that what an "unlocked" iphone is? If not, then which should I buy?
