If I want to work on a line in a factory do you have to do any test after you get a

I'm just wondering If I want to work on a line in a factory do you have do take a test before they hire or do most factorys don't make you take a test and if you have to take a test and you go threw the temp places to get in to that factory after you do your 3months with that factory will you still have to do a test?
