car washer, sales associate, etc. doesn't matter, lol. if i wanted to work at a Cadillac dealership, how would i go about doing that? i've only worked retail since i was 17, would i drive to a dealership and fill out an application just like a retail job? any insight or advice is appreciated. thanks!
