If I want to teach business, especially finance, in college, which masters degree...

...should I take? Is it MS Finance, MBA, or anything else would you recommend to teach in either community college or 4yr? I already have BBA Finance and currently working. Please don't include PhD...if possible give me some explanations tnx....
is it too competitive to get in?
 
Either an MS Finance or an MBA should be fine. You won't be able to get a regular faculty job in Finance at a 4-year university/college without a PhD. With a Master's, you're looking at either a part-time (adjunct) faculty position at a four year (for very little pay and probably no benefits) or a regular faculty job at a 2 year school.
