Woah dude. Don't be so pessimistic. The "big boys" all started off somewhere. Believe in yourself. As to you, Ellen I would recommend double majoring in business admin and culinary arts. It is true that opening a restaurant if difficult, however, it is possible. Be careful fiscially. Pinch every penny. Dream big. Network. Pray. Start small. Work hard. Believe in yourself.
