If I want to help girls with self image issues, what career path do I take?

I know that a degree in psychology would be necessary, but If I wanted to specialize in self image issues, how would I go about doing that? The specialization's I see online for colleges aren't very specific. And I just can't seem to get the right combinations of words for google to help me

mental health counselor/ clinical social worker.

need a master of social work degree or a master of counseling degree. and extra training in psychotherapy.
