... for example open my own restaurant and manage it.. also cook too. which path do you think i should take first? should i go to cal state and take business classes get some degree and then go into culinary school? or should i go straight to culinary school right after high school? should i get a degree as back up first, so then if i cant find a job after culinary school, at least i have another degree in something els to help me?
