If I wanna major in engineering, do I need to take AP Physics?

AP physics isn't required, but you will need at least two semesters of calculus-based physics in college (AP physics usually can't get you out of that since it's not calculus-based). But it can be a good introduction to the subject, and if you're not sure you'll do well in physics this is a good place to start, because failing college physics is a lot worse for engineering majors.
 
AP Physics will probably help you out the most out of the three - unless you do Bioengineering, and then AP Bio might help you more.

That being said, you shouldn't expect to pass out of first-year courses because you took AP. Some engineering majors won't let you test out of the first-year college courses. No matter what APs you take, you always learn a lot during the first year courses.
