If I walk 8.5 miles in the next two days and don't eat anything, will I lose weight?

Is it healthy for me to walk 8.5 miles in one block with no break? If I do this and eat very little, will this make me loose weight? I have a party to go to on Saturday and my hips look lumpy in my outfit, if this won't work- what can I do to alter my appearance? And also, if I continue walking 8.5 miles a day will I loose weight if I do it for every day for weeks and weeks?
