if i upgrade my iphone 3g from 4.0.2 to 4.1 will it have to be reactivated?

i was just wondering if i went from 4.0.2 up to 4.1 would i have to have it reactivated or would it stay activated cus i dnt have the original sim just a go phone sim n no way to reactivate it.im having trouble activating a 2g tht i have also if neone can help with tht also it is much appreciated thnx
