I am 14 Years old, and my Dad gave me his used Storm 9550. Ive already had it freeze on me, like it's famous for. Right now, I'm at the update screen in Desktop Manager and it says I will need to Re-Activate after its over. we have a Family Plan with 3 different account numbers. He won't tell me what it is, and I'm scared if I get to the *228 Reactivation Call, if it asks me for an account number or password, that i can't re activate it. If anyone has been through the Update Process, Please List all the steps until the phone is completely usable. It would help me a TON. Thanks.
