if i update my jailbroken iphone IOs will it?

delete cydia and all that? instead of me having to restore my iphone and losing everything if i just wait for the ios6 will it just delete the jailbreak?

i didnt find jailbreaking as exciting as people made it.... the big apps you now have to pay for. still pretty cool though i guess
